BD Diesel is expanding its Transmission Department and seeks committed individuals. In this role, you'll learn by performing hands-on tasks like picking cores, cleaning parts, and teardown processes. Your contributions will ensure high-quality standards and communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Clean and inspect transmission parts thoroughly • Tear down and prepare transmissions for rebuilding • Paint and finish casings and accessories • Assist with training for current team members • Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred • Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs • Strong attention to mechanical detail • Familiarity with basic hand tools in production • Positive attitude and self-motivation essential
