This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with a CEO who oversees multiple companies and business interests. We are looking for someone who can manage competing priorities independently, solve problems, and help ensure the smooth operation of a wide range of business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling priorities
Coordinate meetings, travel, and special events
Handle correspondence, communications, and follow-up actions
Assist with projects and administrative tasks across multiple businesses
Maintain organized records, files, and reports
Liaise with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Support retail operations and customer service initiatives as required

Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
