Role Description This is a remote Executive Consultant role.

The Executive

Consultant will engage prospective clients through online and social channels, present Rise To Thrive’s personal and leadership development offerings, and guide individuals in selecting programs aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities include nurturing long-term relationships, providing consultative support, and helping clients integrate learning into their professional and personal lives. The role involves collaborating with the wider community, attending virtual trainings,



and contributing feedback to improve programs and participant experiences.

Executive

Consultants are expected to manage their schedule, maintain high ethical standards, and represent the brand in a professional, growth-oriented manner.

Qualifications

- Solid consultative communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales, coaching, consulting, or business development, ideally in personal development, education, or professional services.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with online communication tools, social media platforms, and digital collaboration environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, leadership development, and continuous learning, with the ability to model these values for clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized while handling multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
- Global mindset and cultural awareness, with the ability to engage respectfully with clients across different countries and backgrounds.
- Previous experience in entrepreneurship, coaching, or mentoring is an advantage; relevant professional certifications or training in leadership or personal development are a plus.
