Position: Executive Housekeeper

Wage: CAD$20.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)

Working hours: hours/week

Advantages: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties

Direct and oversee the operations of housekeeping department;

Co-ordinate and supervise the housekeeping staff;

Plan and prepare staff work schedules;

Inspect to ensure inns cleaning standards and health & safety regulations are met;

Select and order housekeeping equipment and supplies to ensure staff have proper tools for work;

Maintain inventory;

Co-ordinate maintenance and repair of equipment,



machinery;

Hire and train housekeeping staff;

Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payrolls.

Job Requirements

Completion of secondary school;

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a cleaning supervisor;

A university degree or college diploma in hospital management, hotel management or business administration asset.
