Hache Construction is looking for a carpenter who enjoys the craft, works well with others, and wants to help build quality spaces for our clients. Join our team on house additions, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), renovations, and interior finishing projects in Brantford and surrounding areas.

Full-time | $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

THE WORK
- Framing for additions and ADUs, plus carpentry on residential renovation projects.
- Installing trim, doors, cabinetry, and other interior finishes.
- Reading drawings, checking measurements, and working with the team to plan the next steps.
- Helping solve on-site challenges and keeping teammates informed when something needs attention.
- Working safely, protecting clients’ homes, and keeping the jobsite clean and organized.





YOU’LL FIT IN WELL IF YOU...
- Have hands-on carpentry experience; three or more years is preferred.
- Bring solid framing and/or finish carpentry skills and are open to developing your other skills.
- Enjoy being part of a team, share what you know, and are willing to lend a hand.
- Take pride in accurate work and notice the small details that make a valuable finish.
- Show up reliably, communicate respectfully, and take initiative when you see something that needs doing.
- Can read drawings, use carpentry tools safely, and have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to job sites.
