We are looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to join our team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with animals, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing a positive and comfortable grooming experience for every dog in their care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of professional dog grooming experience, is confident working with dogs of different breeds and sizes, and provides friendly, professional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform full grooming services, including bathing, brushing, clipping, trimming (including nails) and styling
- Groom dogs according to breed standards and client preferences
- Handle dogs with patience and care while prioritizing their safety and comfort
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming requests and provide appropriate recommendations
- Recognize and communicate any noticeable skin, coat or health concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary grooming station




- Properly clean and maintain grooming tools and equipment
- Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience required
- Comfortable grooming dogs of various breeds, sizes and temperaments
- Strong animal-handling skills
- Ability to safely lift and assist dogs of various sizes
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, patient and professional
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
