We are currently looking for motivated, hard-working Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Previous experience as part of a kitchen team

Strong Leadership skills

Food Protected level 1 certification required

Food Safe level 2 an asset

Capable of setting and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality

Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

Effective decision making skills

Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

Strong organization skills

Ability to work early and/or late hours in order to comply with the operating times of the food & beverage operations seven days/week

Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest quality standards, following written recipes and verbal instructions from the Chef

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
