Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, familiarity with POS systems, and knowledge of food safety standards. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards
- Serve food and drinks responsibly, ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels




- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at shift start and end

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes
- Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements
- Experience with serving, cashiering, and food handling is advantageous
- Hospitality background is highly desirable
