CPL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to ensure optimal function of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This position requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborating with engineering and production teams is key to achieving seamless operations and implementing facility improvements.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical systems • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues • Maintain compliance with cGMP, OSHA,
and regulatory logs • Support audits and facility inspections as required • Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance
Requirements: • Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Maintenance • Minimum 3 years’ experience in GMP facility maintenance • Solid knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems • Ability to read technical schematics and manuals • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
