Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive health issues.
- Manage medication administration, including prescribing and monitoring treatment plans in accordance with best practices.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings such as home care, outpatient clinics, and hospital environments with hospital experience preferred.
- Utilize electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate data collection, documentation, and medical record management.
- Provide pediatric care, including immunizations, developmental assessments,



and illness management for children.
- Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical practices.
- Support patients through pain management strategies and home care plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in family medicine with a strong background in patient care across diverse populations.
- Prior hospital experience and acute care experience are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in using electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner systems.
- Experience in pediatrics, pain management, home care, and medication administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion.
