Provide primary care in clinic, ER call and in-patient at hospital.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: November 26, 2026

Adaptable Schedule

Daily Average Patient Volume: 25

Number of Physicians in the practice group: 6

Additional Certification Required: ACLS, CMPA, PALS

Type of EMR System: InPut Health

Compensation:

Billing Schedule: Fee for Service

Billing Procedure: Electronic Billing
