Job Summary

Infinity Project Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee demolition and abatement projects in Calgary and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple demolition and abatement projects simultaneously
- Plan and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Monitor job progress, costs, and timelines
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders
- Assist with estimating, bidding, and invoicing
- Ensure accurate time tracking and job costing
- Enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox meetings
- Lead, train, and mentor field staff and supervisors
- Maintain quality control and ensure jobs meet company standards

Requirements

- Experience in demolition,



abatement, or construction operations
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Competent in using computers for daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, digital job tracking, and workflow management.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
- Driver’s licence (must be insurable)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with time tracking and project management software (Busybusy or similar an asset)
- Asbestos abatement experience or knowledge
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid)
- Experience working with subcontractors and clients directly

Job Type: Full time Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
