RJCHC Clinics, Supports & Services is a portfolio within McMaster Children's Hospital. It is comprised of many different programs providing outpatient services to children (and some adults) with developmental, emotional or behavioural, physical or communication needs. The Audiology service offers a full spectrum of identification, diagnostic, and rehabilitative services to patients of all ages and conditions.

Support is also provided to a busy ENT clinic. The service also operates a for-profit Hearing Aid Dispensary. The program is committed to continuous learning and quality improvement.

- Graduate of Community College Business Administration or Accounting program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of two years current, related experience.
- Preference will be shown to applicants with previous experience in acquiring 3rd party funding assistance or adjudication.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Meditech, Hearware.
- Demonstrated excellence in effective written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills within a qualified environment.
