Flex Associate

- - - Join Jefferson Elora Corporation (JEC) as a Flex Production Associate, where you’ll help produce high‑quality parts for our customers in a modern, quick‑paced manufacturing environment. This unique role allows you to choose your shifts in real time through a mobile app, offering exceptional flexibility and work‑life balance.

Flex Production Associates support one or more areas of the production process:

Stamping

- Work with a team to set up and operate stamping machines
- Perform quality checks and monitor for machine issues
- Maintain safe and consistent operation

Robotic Welding

- Operate special‑purpose welding equipment or robotic work cells
- Load and secure parts manually or with a hoist
- Conduct quality inspections
- Report daily production and maintain equipment

Quality Assurance

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Report non‑conformances
- Assist with containment, repair, and supplier/new model inspections





Shift FlexibilityAssociates can choose from available shifts weekly:

- Weekdays: Day, Afternoon, or Midnight
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): Day shift or Afternoon shift

Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, with up to 32 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For

- Focused, detail‑oriented individuals with a commitment to quality
- Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing is an asset
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Requirements

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read instructions and complete basic documentation
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Ability to diagnose simple issues in standardized situations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a loud environment
- Basic computer skills
