Job Summary The Manger for the front of house plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during all hours. This position involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Duties

- Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Oversee food and drink preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies while minimizing waste.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other managers to implement operational improvements and promotions.
- Oversee organization of the restaurant and preparing it for evening service




- Oversee organization of catering functions

Qualifications

- Proven serving experience in a restaurant with a solid understanding of all positions within the team
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and bar operations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- Ability to serve on the floor and bartend solo
- Experience with guest retention and problem solving
