We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our exterior installation crews. This is a hands‑on working foreman role, you will work alongside the crew while directing daily tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects running efficiently. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise crews on siding, window/door, and roofing installations
- Work hands‑on with your tools while directing and supporting the crew
- Coordinate daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain project timelines
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
- Read and interpret measurements, plans, and project specifications
- Identify and resolve on‑site issues related to layout, fit, or installation
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients when required
- Train and mentor junior installers and laborers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job sit

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in siding, windows/doors, or roofing




- Proven experience as a lead hand or foreman
- Must have your own tools
- Valid Working at Heights (WAH) certification
- Strong understanding of exterior building envelope practices
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Assets (Not Required)

- Experience with multiple siding systems (vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement, etc.)
- Additional trade certifications
- Ability to read blueprints or take accurate measurements
