Who is a CMC5 Foreperson?
A CMC5 foreperson is ultimately a reliable team leader. The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible, easily embracing guiding teams and pivoting when required. They also embrace a culture of safety and are willing to promote safe work practices on their sites.
Preferred Experience:
- Trades certificate or diploma.
- 8+ years construction site experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a foreperson role in commercial construction.
- CSTS and First Aid certifications an asset.
- Own transportation is an asset.
