Moxies St. John’s is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our leadership team!

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and guest-focused leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and helping teams perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

- Support the management team with daily restaurant operations• Lead, motivate, and coach Front of House team members• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards• Assist with opening and closing procedures• Support training and development of team members• Help maintain Moxies standards for cleanliness, organization, and hospitality• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset• Strong communication and organizational skills• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
