Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house area, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will create a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate food and beverage service, and maintain smooth restaurant flow.

Responsibilities

- Supervise front-of-house staff
- Oversee guest seating arrangements, reservations.
- Ensure all food handling, serving is consistent with procedures that have been set in place.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; conduct interviews to recruit top talent and foster a positive work environment
- Manage square system, cash outs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and smooth communication between front and back of house
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a robust background in hospitality operations
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in team management and staff development
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with Square
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally
- Experience in managing restaurant operations including food handling, serving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; previous hotel or bar experience is a plus
