Yann Haute Patisserie is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to oversee our daily retail operations and lead our front-line team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service, optimizing floor efficiency, and fostering a professional, cooperative environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in hospitality or retail management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the shop floor remains orderly and compliant with safety protocols.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff; manage scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage and labor efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Serve as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries, ensuring all feedback is addressed promptly and professionally.
- Financial & Inventory Oversight: Accurately manage POS systems, daily reconciliation, cash handling, and front-end inventory replenishment.




- Performance Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement, streamline service workflows, and report key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, restaurant hospitality, or a comparable front-of-house leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. French is an important asset
- Proficient with POS software, inventory management tools, and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule, including [weekends, evenings, or holidays as required].
