Main activities included; Pruning and harvesting fruit trees; other activities included packing and sorting of produce.
Working conditions included: Rapid-paced environment, able to work under pressure and time deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, good hand-to-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colours, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, crouching & kneeling.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Outdoors, Wet/damp, Noisy, Dusty and hot.
