3+ years of professional experience, or other substantial experience in academia

As a Software Engineer at Posh, you will work closely with AI engineers, research scientists, and other product engineers to build and integrate AI-driven products and features for our banking clients. You’ll be constantly on the bleeding edge of generative AI technologies. Who You Are

- Experienced Engineer: 3+ years professional experience (or substantial experience in academia) in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems; proficient in TypeScript and React

- Architectural Expertise: Skilled in designing scalable, robust systems and anticipating implementation challenges.

- Database Proficient:



Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance.

- Product-Minded: Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions with a 'get things done' attitude.

- Adaptable: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements.

- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and a team player who positively influences others.

- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience building high-performing, scalable architectures—not just theoretical knowledge.
