We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. This role is all about quickly building and iterating on features, and working directly with the product team to help drive adoption. You'll be responsible for turning ideas into working software fast, tackling the feature backlog aggressively, and pushing updates at an intense velocity.

Who You Are

- Hold a Computer Science/Engineering degree from a top university in the U.S. or Canada

- 3+ years of software engineering experience including internships.

- Fast Prototyper – You can build and ship proof-of-concept of upcoming features at lightning speed.

What You'll Do

- Rapidly prototype and iterate on features to support the sales and customer success teams.

- Ship high-impact full-stack features quickly while maintaining high code quality and reliability.

- Design and optimize data pipelines to process interviews at high speed and accuracy.

- Work closely with front-end engineers, sales, and leadership to build what matters most.

- Deploy, monitor, and measure success using observability tools such as InfluxDB and PostHog.

- Continuously improve and optimize customer-facing AI-driven hiring experiences, bringing your own perspective on what should be built based on usage patterns and customer feedback.

Technical Expertise

- Frontend: React, ShadCN, TypeScript, Material UI, WebRTC

- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Lambdas, Redis, ClickHouse, Airflow

- DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Replit

- AI Integration: Large language model tuning, prompt engineering, regression testing

- APIs: Twilio, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI (Vision), Pinecone, Deepseek
