Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Gas Station Attendant and Retail Associate, where you'll be the friendly face customers rely on for a seamless fueling and shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the fuel pumps and retail store.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain clean, organized shelves through effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide support in basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and store maintenance activities.




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.
- Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when taking inquiries or assisting remote customers.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and cleaning work areas.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, product displays, and store cleanliness effectively.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos related to convenience items or automotive products is a bonus.
