Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Operate the cash register (POS system), process payments accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store shelves through effective merchandising
- Handle lottery and others store transactions.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Conduct product demos or upselling of convenience items, snacks, beverages, or promotional products to boost sales
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep track of inventory levels,
restock shelves, and support merchandising efforts to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in station maintenance
- A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
