Dairy farm requires general farm workers who are comfortable working in and around livestock and handle cows in a calm and controlled manner. Applicant must be willing and able to follow set routines and protocols as laid out by the farm. Must have valuable animal husbandry skills and be self motivated.

Duties include sorting cattle, cleaning barns and stalls, yard cleaning, equipment cleaning, feeding and tending to animals. Must be able to operate farm machinery.

Must be able to stand for long period of times. This is a highly physical job. Must be available to work flexible shifts (days, nights and weekends). This is a fast paced job and must be able to work under pressure and handling heavy loads.

Environment is outdoors and can be noisy and dusty.

This position will have a 3 month probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
