We are seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and oversee field services for residential, commercial, and agricultural water systems. You will direct daily branch workflows, manage budgeting and inventory, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in trade or industrial service management and familiarity with water treatment systems. You must excel at financial oversight, field service software, and recruiting, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier client service.
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
