Venez jouer un rôle clé dans la performance financière de notre organisation manufacturière nord-américaine. Responsable de la planification financière consolidée d’entités manufacturières au Canada et aux États-Unis, vous transformerez les données en leviers d'action et contribuerez directement aux décisions stratégiques de la haute direction.

À titre de partenaire d'affaires de confiance, vous dirigerez les processus de prévisions financières, de budgétisation et d'analyse de performance, tout en faisant évoluer nos outils, nos indicateurs et nos capacités d'intelligence d'affaires.

Principales responsabilités

- Diriger la planification financière consolidée d’entités nord-américaines
- Influencer les décisions stratégiques grâce à des analyses à forte valeur ajoutée
- Développer des tableaux de bord et des solutions BI de nouvelle génération
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de direction, opérationnelles et corporatives
- Contribuer à la croissance et à la transformation d'une organisation manufacturière de premier plan

Profil recherché

- CPA avec expérience de plus de 7 à 10 ans en FP&A; dans un environnement multisite
- Expertise en budgets, prévisions, consolidation et analyse de performance
- Maîtrise de Power BI et des outils de gestion de la performance financière
- Esprit stratégique, rigueur analytique et forte capacité d'influence

Position Summary

Play a key role in the financial performance of our North American manufacturing organization. Responsible for the consolidated financial planning of manufacturing entities across Canada and the United States, you will transform data into actionable insights and directly support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

As a trusted business partner, you will lead the forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes while continuously enhancing our financial tools, KPIs, and business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead consolidated financial planning for North American entities
- Influence strategic decision-making through high-value financial analysis
- Develop next-generation dashboards and business intelligence solutions
- Partner closely with leadership, operations, and corporate teams
- Contribute to the growth and transformation of a leading manufacturing organization

Profile We Are Looking For

- CPA with 7 to 10+ years of FP&A; experience in a multi-site setting
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and performance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and financial performance management tools
- Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence business decisions
