People Purpose Corporation is a leadership consulting and coaching practice serving construction, trades, and manufacturing business owners across Manitoba. We help owners build stronger teams, hire the right people, and grow their companies with purpose.

ABOUT THE ROLE

People Purpose is hiring an energetic, people-first coordinator to work directly alongside the founder. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role split between two things: conducting candidate interviews using our proprietary Quadrant assessment platform on behalf of hiring clients, and placing outbound calls to prospective clients to grow our book of business. No two days look the same, and the right person will treat that as an opportunity rather than a distraction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Conduct structured candidate interviews using the Quadrant assessment platform on behalf of our hiring clients
- Place outbound calls to prospective People Purpose clients and open the door to new business
- Represent the People Purpose brand well in every conversation, on the phone and in person
- Travel with the founder to client meetings as needed
- Support day-to-day operations out of our Kleefeld office

Base pay at $16.40 per hour plus

- $500 for every candidate you place who remains in the role past 90 days
- $500 for every prospective client call that converts into a paying customer

Your earning potential is built into the role. The more you perform, the more you make. Room to grow beyond $100k.

REQUIREMENTS

- Own smartphone, company computer provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle, or residence within walking distance of the Kleefeld office
- Willingness to travel to client meetings in the founder's vehicle when required
- Full-time availability, in-person 2–3 days per week in Kleefeld, Manitoba

Pay: $60,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
