Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
- Maintain front desk operations including reservation management, billing, and guest account updates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Support guest services by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
