Guidewire Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

? Location: Toronto, ON

? Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite

? Contract: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with solid Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise and a solid background in the P&C; Insurance domain.

- Insurance / P&C; Domain Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Support Guidewire PolicyCenter policy lifecycle processes and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solutions.
- Support configuration changes, testing, UAT, and defect resolution.




- Ensure requirements and solutions align with insurance business processes.
- Participate in project delivery, stakeholder discussions, and solution validation.

Required Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Strong P&C; Insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, and testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
