Job Overview

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, fun and positive host/retail associate to join our taproom team for a full-time position. Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed space where people can get together to enjoy themselves, our wacky atmosphere, and the great beer that our brewers work hard to create and produce!

Duties Include

· Greeting and seating customers

· Serving food

· Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables

· Managing a floor plan, waiting list, and able to communicate with guests who are waiting

· Answering phone calls & text inquiries

· Placing to-go orders and ringing in retail

· Stocking, sanitizing, maintaining restroom cleanliness

Qualification Requirements

· 1+ years of hosting experience & smart serve

· MUST have a passion for craft beer,



be able to demonstrate beer knowledge, and have an enthusiasm for hospitality

· Open availability - MUST be available to work nights, weekends, & holidays

· Full-time Position Only - We are looking to hire for a full-time position, continuing into the fall. Part-time applicants will not be contacted.

· Ability to work well within a team

· Strong communication and problem solving skills

· Ability to multitask, focus and complete tasks in an productive manner

· Must have extremely high sanitation standards ensuring that all company sanitation and social distancing guidelines are followed
