Takja BBQ House, an upscale Korean dining experience, is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations/seating
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Coordinate with servers and management for productive table turnover
- Provide exceptional customer service with a polished, professional demeanor
Requirements:
- Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
