Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products efficiently and accurately.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality industry practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic committed to providing outstanding guest service.
