As Human Resources Intern you will be responsible for these activities: Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple hiring teams. Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent pipeline development. Maintain recruitment systems, update candidate records, and generate recruiting reports and metrics. Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, with a strong focus on university and campus recruiting initiatives.

Must Have: Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a Business, Human Resources, Commerce, or related degree program. Available for a 12-month work term, working 37.5 hours per week Available to complete a full-time internship from May 2027 through May 2028. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Solid academic credentials Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Have: Previous customer service, administrative, or campus leadership experience.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, or applicant tracking systems.
