We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a temporary contract basis for four months. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Oversee employee relations activities, addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Support payroll processing and data entry tasks.
- Assist in training and education activities.
- Collect and analyze HR data related to staffing, performance metrics, and employee engagement to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Skills
- Post secondary degree or diploma with a focus on human resources management, or combination of equivalent education and professional work experience required.
- Experience in a human resources role.
- Solid verbal and written skills.
- Organizational skills.
Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
