Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and ductwork
- Utilize mechanical skills to work with boilers, plumbing systems, and appliances as needed
- Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints for system installation and repairs
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes




- Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Hands-on experience with boiler systems, plumbing, welding, and appliance repair preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics reading, and construction practices necessary
- Prior work involving maintenance of HVAC units in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Construction or general mechanic experience will be considered an asset

G1 or G2 Gas license is a requirement 313A license is a valuable asset

Experience with sheet metal and boiler systems is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
