We seek a passionate professional with a bachelor's degree in psychology or education for this full-time role. As an Infant Development Consultant, you'll assess and support families with children at risk for developmental delays. Your work will include home visits and community engagement, fostering a nurturing environment for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct services to designated caseload families • Identify and support needs of children and their families • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of client files • Engage in ongoing learning about best practices and community • Create a safe and inclusive workplace for all clients
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related discipline • Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle • Ability to provide family-centered, community-based services • Strong communication and organizational skills • Commitment to trauma-informed care
