- Experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Operations, Modernization, and Transformation .
- Strong expertise in Vulnerability and Patch Management across enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SCOM, Cloud Monitoring, and Infrastructure Observability .
- Proficiency in SCCM and Microsoft Intune Administration .
- Experience in Endpoint Modernization, Management, and Lifecycle Operations .
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) , Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Privileged Access Controls.
- Experience with Service Account Governance and access management.
- Expertise in Infrastructure Automation and Operational Efficiency .
- Solid experience with Technical Documentation, Infrastructure Standards, Compliance, and Audit Readiness .
- Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Operations experience is preferred.
