We are seeking an Interior Designer for a 12 month contract (with potential to extend) with experience and passion for hotels and hospitality to join our dynamic, collaborative, and fun-loving team. You will play a key role in designing exceptional spaces and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

· Design Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts that align with client goals and project objectives. Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

· Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements. Communicate design intent clearly and ensure consistency in project execution.

· Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, evaluate installations, and confirm adherence to design specifications and standards.

· Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into cohesive design solutions.

· Material and Resource Selection: Source and select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and other design elements, ensuring both aesthetic and functional requirements are met.

· Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, schedules, and communication records, ensuring a smooth project workflow.

· Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactively address design challenges and unforeseen changes,



implementing solutions that maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.

· Quality Standards: Ensure that all designs meet the company's quality standards and client requirements.

What You Bring to The Table:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing hotel or hospitality design.

- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Photoshop, MS Office, and Programa, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous hotel, hospitality and or commercial design projects.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to think big-picture while working with multi-million-dollar clients.

- Flexibility for potential travel within Canada and the US; a valid passport is essential.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.

- A customer-focused mindset dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with clients.

- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
