We are seeking a detail oriented Intermediate General Accountant to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Credit Card reconciliations
- HST, OEHT and NRT filings
- Annual CRTC reporting
- Monthly management reports
- Monthly Programmer reports to channels
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and correct.
- Reconcile bank accounts, with a strong focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain precise financial records and working papers for audits and internal reviews.
- Create and process invoices, and provide detailed reporting.
- Ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Media industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
