Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
- Domain expertise in US Whole Loans, mortgages, or lending (critical requirement)
- Experience within Capital Markets environments
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure,
fast delivery settings
- Strong understanding of data mapping and system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements across capital markets and lending workflows
- Support implementation of a new system (Finastra-based) and related integrations
- Perform data mapping between source systems and downstream applications
- Assist in building and refining data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes, particularly within lending and securitization
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with development teams to support delivery in a quick-paced environment
