IT Change Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager / Project Manager to manage and coordinate the end-to-end IT Change Management process. The role focuses on minimizing operational risk, ensuring effective change governance, and supporting successful technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and govern the IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Review and assess Requests for Change (RFCs), including risk, impact, readiness, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate change schedules, approvals, stakeholder communications, and implementation activities.
- Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Ensure appropriate testing, validation, rollback, and communication plans are in place.
- Evaluate and escalate high-risk changes as required.
- Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Release,



and Service Management teams.
- Track change KPIs, analyze failed or unauthorized changes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management, ITSM, IT Operations, Release Management, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Change Management practices.
- Experience with CAB processes, ITSM tools, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
