What you will be doing

- Assist in delivery of a broad set of activities, including phishing simulations.
- Assist or carry out the drafting of publications, creating and maintaining digital content, facilitating awareness and educational events.
- Curate feedback from across the enterprise for continuous improvements.
- Lead the Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program (CAP) activities across the organization as a key pillar of the Cybersecurity Program, including developing training content and activities, in person awareness sessions, enforcing positive behaviors through rewards and following up on identified higher risks
- Lead and conduct regular phishing simulations and report on results and trends. Steward and leverage training platforms (phishing, LMS systems) and ensure consistent and quality training material, testing and statistics
- Develop and coordinate the publishing of all Cybersecurity content to increase awareness including the enterprise Learning Management System, Intranet, Email, Yammer and Digital Displays




- Coordinate Cybersecurity training activities across the enterprise, including in the field
- Coordinate OCM activities for cybersecurity operations or improvement initiatives
- Report and maintain records and statistics of phishing simulations, training attendance and progress
- Coordinate the Cybersecurity rewards elements and additional messaging and training
- Coordinate with external teams to align cybersecurity messaging such as information technology, corporate communications and health and safety
- Participating in Cybersecurity incidents as required to aid communication activities

What you must have

- Minimal 3 years applicable experience within enterprise training preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
- Experience in training and information material that will be understood to all levels and convey operational cybersecurity risk.
- OCM background (a Marketing background is an asset.)
- Formal Cybersecurity training considered an asset.
