With your 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk support, you will make a meaningful impact in helping maintain classroom devices and tech support for events. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide initial contact for technology inquiries
- Log and resolve help desk support tickets
- Maintain classroom technology including AV equipment
- Manage device lifecycle and inventory
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding tech needs Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Hands-on IT support experience (1-3 years)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
