Position: Application Production Support Analyst, Asset Finance and Securitization Platform

Department: Application Production Support — Global Banking

REPORT TO: Head of Financing Solutions Client, Banking Platform

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

Provide application and technical support to the critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications.

Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, infrastructure integration.

Follow Information security and adhere to governance framework for the applications in the platform.

Participate in application security related projects and manage server obsolescence and vulnerabilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for production support of Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applications

Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.

Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.

Supporting Operations team for technical issues.

Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testing.

Participate in technical projects

Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling project support tasks, as well as providing status reports.

Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness.

Transversal and Framework

Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines.

Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.

Maintain monitoring,



capacity planning and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components.

Understand and document the technical process and data flows.

Participate in Change Control review meetings to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.

Manage Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions.

Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks.

Industrialization of legacy process to be done using AI.

MUST-HAVE

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines

Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities, and Asset-backed Securities business lines

At least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills

Well versed with incident/problem/change management process

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good documentation skills — advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Valuable understanding of Java J2EE applications

Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers

Experience with application deployments and installations

Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL

Knowledge of tools like Jira, ITSM, ServiceNow

Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks

NICE-TO-HAVE

Infrastructure, MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat knowledge

ITIL foundation knowledge/certification

ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

24/7 availability during On-Call schedule

Good understanding of Service Now or similar tool and service management processes

Understanding of data protection principles

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
