Position: Cook Wage: CAD $29.00 per hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30 40 hours per week Perks: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook Japanese sushi food items (Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, Roll, etc.) in cooperation with the rest of the staff; • Maintain inventory and records of food; • Oversee kitchen operation; • Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements





- Completion of secondary school is required; • Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
- Skills demonstration may be required.
