Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. (BOH)
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, providing excellent customer service. (FOH)
- Assist in food handling, ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety regulations. (FOH)
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and assisting with meal preparation when needed. (BOH)
- Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests. (FOH)
- Follow all health and safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety. (BOH)
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy hours, fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. (FOH)

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. (FOH)
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety standards. (BOH)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. (FOH and BOH)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members. (FOH and BOH)
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and adherence to health regulations.(FOH and BOH)
- Experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is a plus; willingness to acquire necessary certifications if needed.(FOH and BOH)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform routine cleaning tasks.(FOH and BOH)
