- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using JSP and J2EE
- Collaborate directly with clients and product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Deploy and manage services in AWS, leveraging serverless and microservices architectures
- Participate in architectural reviews, performance optimization, and code quality enforcement
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows
- Apply software engineering best practices, including OOD, design patterns, and test-driven development
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Expert in JSP and J2EE frameworks with robust backend system knowledge
- 2+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Solid understanding of microservices and scalable software architectures
- Proficient in modern CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders
- Must be a former Amazon engineer with verifiable tenure
