Junior Bath Boutique Sales Associate

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Sales Associate to join our Bath Boutique team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has an interest in home design and renovation, and is eager to learn about premium bathroom products and solutions. As part of a leading building materials and construction retail organization, you will assist customers in selecting products that bring their bathroom projects to life while providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.

· Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures, vanities, faucets, tubs, showers, accessories, and related products.

· Learn product features, benefits, and applications to confidently answer customer questions.

· Prepare quotations and assist with order entry and sales transactions.

· Support senior sales consultants with customer projects and showroom presentations.

· Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.

· Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and deliveries.

· Assist with inventory management, product labeling, and merchandising.

· Stay informed on new products, industry trends,



and design styles.

· Work collaboratively with other departments including plumbing, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset but not required.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.

· Interest in interior design, renovation, or home improvement products is considered an asset.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
